Last year I did a little PL around getting out of your comfort zone. It is a challenge, isn't it, to do something that makes you feel a bit uncomfortable, worried, perhaps even stressed. And yet you may agree that much great learning comes from taking that leap into the unknown, unchartered territories. Who knows what this blog experience may bring to you. Hopefully a chance to be a little bit vulnerable, safe in the knowledge we all feel that way! Yes, me too! More importantly it presents an opportunity to reflect on your own learning, to consider what really struck a chord with you during any particular learning experience you may have. Also, I hope that it will enable you to affirm yourself in terms of the professional growth you/we make over the course of a year. Finally, as we are all posting on this site we have a brilliant opportunity to make collective teacher efficacy, learning from each other, something real at Panania. Something that is a part of our culture. If we achieve that, I am certain that all of our students will benefit from the wisdom of the crowd. And that is what we want at St Christopher's, all of our students benefitting from all of our learning.
